Excellent example of the Marriott name. The front desk staff was courteous and places me in an excellent room. Clean and well stocked. Great value for the money. The bar / restaurant was closed due to it being a slow season.
Stayed here in January and it was one of the worst marriot properties we've ever experienced. The location is nice but the hotel was quite old and not very clean. When you book it also says there's an optional charge but once at the hotel they charge you no matter what so it's not optional. And worst of all the girl at the front desk was terrible, rude, and even parked her telsa in the pull through so guests couldn't pull there to easily load/unload the car.
Musty smell in this hotel. Dated without USB charger in room. Plugins wouldn't work and need changing out. One highlight was Laura the manager of sales!
There was no pool available, and nothing to tell you that. When checking in the reception person said they couldn't find our reservation, even with confirmation number, credit card receipt and the email confirmation.
