I will never stay at this Courtyard Marriott again. From the moment I checked in, the cleanliness of the room was questionable. The bathtub had a large stain in it that immediately caught my attention. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and there were stains on the bedding as well. Overall, the room simply did not feel clean or well-maintained. What made the experience even worse was what happened after I checked out. I came to the Courtyard Mesquite to stay until I was able to get a house rental in the area. I checked in May 28th and stayed until June 13th. My stay was fantastic. The entire staff made my stay like home. Susan (FD) definitely made me feel at home. She was engaging, helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall valuable.
