We had an awesome 1 night stay here. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, and there were blackout curtains. The parking situation was a little annoying, but it's downtown so can't say much about it.

Decent hotel, but be prepared to be woken up by the noise of the freight trains passing by and blaring their horns in the night. One of our group checked in the night before the rest of us and warned us about the train noise waking him up. So, we did request rooms the furthest distance from the train lines. The staff seemed confused about where the train lines were and 2 out of the 3 of us were given rooms the closest to the train line despite our requests. We were each woken up several times due to the freight trains.

If you’re hoping to get any sleep, don’t stay here. There’s a taco stand directly across the street that blasts music so loud the entire room literally vibrates—I’m in room 601, and it’s impossible to rest. When I called the front desk to ask for help, the staff just laughed instead of addressing the issue. This has been, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Dallas. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
