Room AC super noisy and the air is really stuffy without AC. Instruction on the window said it can be opened max to 4 inches but we’ve tried every angle and ended up not able to open it at all
We stayed here recently for 4 nights and had a good experience. We chose this location so it would be a reasonable drive to LA and Disneyland. We had a room on a high floor facing the highway and shopping center. The room was spacious and comfortable. Surprisingly, the room was quiet and we couldn’t hear much noise from the highway. We stayed in an odd-numbered room, so I think if you ask for an even-numbered room, you face away from the highway with a view of the mountains. Very disappointed with how this issue has been handled. I cancelled my reservation within the free cancellation period, yet I was charged the cancellation fee twice. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel, the matter remains unresolved. Case Number: 882294804
