Great Hotel. Place suitable and welcoming for everyone.
Basic room, nicelly precooled to 65F. We had 2 beds on the second floor, just three towels, though. $250 per night. Shower was really hard to adjust for the right temperature. Valet parking $26, valet was great. Nothing fancy at the restaurant downstairs, $30 for two glasses of domestic white wines, that are under $15 a bottle. Location sells for
They have no perception of hospitality, the reception personnel had a terrible attitude. After traveling for thousands of miles (intercontinental flight) I finally arrived at the hotel in midnight around 1:00 am. Apparently there was a problem with the booking - probably because of me - and the day I arrived was not included to the stay period. We asked for walk in rooms. I can't say enough great things about this hotel's customer service. I was here without a car, and after my Uber left me in a really awful travel bind to get to an important appointment, the hotel staff went above and beyond to provide transportation. I didn't miss my appointment, purely thanks to the Courtyard's customer service.
