Very good location. Good service and friendly staff at the front lobby. The only inconvenience is the $26 valet parking per day.
Good location for conference I was attending. Room was larger than I expected. Service was exceptionally friendly! Only valet parking on site, they did mention an uncovered lot nearby though for reduced rates. Only problem I had was that the hot water took a VERY long time to turn on in the shower and water pressure was spotty. Other than that, very kind housekeeping and front desk staff. Also of note, where my room was - my window looked directly into the windows of the hospital next door.
I had a confirmed reservation at the Courtyard by Marriott near Cleveland Clinic, but upon arrival, I was denied my room because I asked to speak with a manager about my Explorers rate on a second room that I had booked also. The manager at the front desk refused to talk to me, and told me to go elsewhere. Only after visible frustration was I finally given the same room I had already booked two months earlier.
