Very old dated room, beds were uncomfortable, sagged towards middle of bed. Did not get a good nights sleep. Thank goodness only stayed one night. Only one elevator at one corner of square shaped building. Not a good layout. They also charge $10 for parking!!!!
After a long day on the road pulled into Courtyard Naperville and Elise met me with professional, yet warm and welcoming positive energy. Her smile and caring attitude made me feel truly welcome as not only a Marriott member but valued as a person. Elise absolutely made sure I had a pleasant stay. Well done Elise!!!
