Simple hotel for business travel. Has some thoughtful amenities like a boarding pass printing station, a cafe in the lobby and even an indoor pool. Only down side is a moldy/musty smell which may just be inherent in early spring but it was noticeable and I’m somewhat sensitive to smells so if that’s you - there may be other places that better suit your purposes

Bottle of water for $4.00 plus tax. Same bottle of water bought in a 40 pack at Costco costs $0.12. That’s over a 3,000% markup. Shame on Courtyard for price gouging
