Desperately needs a facelift. Dark, dank, and dreary.
Staff is so lovely. My husband was sick around checkout time and they were extremely accommodating and helpful in giving him more time to recuperate. Spacious comfy rooms, great lobby to work, and caring staff. Would definitely return!
The hotel room was clean and looked nice, but the staff made the experience bad. The workers at the front desk were rude and did not speak politely to guests. When we asked questions or needed help, they acted annoyed and did not help much. It took a long time to get service, and the staff did not seem welcoming. Even though the room was good, the poor customer service would make me not want to stay there again.
