The room was deplorable. The toilet was soiled. The bed had a filthy stain and the ottoman was dirty/stained. Unbelievable and unsanitary I will never stay here or another Courtyard Marriott again. #disappointedbonvoymember #marriott

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Mill for one night while in town for a basketball tournament. The service at the front desk was great, and I have no complaints at all about the staff. They were friendly, professional, and made check in easy. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired.
