10/10 service! We arrived past midnight with our four children and not only did they have bedding we requested in the rooms but had the pull out sofas made and ready. The food was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly. Fun location - steps to shops and eats!
I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Marriott Courtyard Charlotte/Ft Mill! From the front desk staff (special s/o's to Josh and Tameka) to KeKe in HK, bartender (Nicole), the entire staff was friendly helpful, and personal. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is prime. Already looking forward to my next visit to the area and stay at this property.
My wife stayed here and Shaniqua and Tomika (hope those are spelled right) took excellent care of her. She said they are her new friends! Great customer service!
