The only thing I can say about this place is it's loud in the lobby and the people that works here are worst in this industry, they are lazy rude incompetent(unprofessional)and its dirty. Understaffed. The staff that are present are generally rude and unhelpful. Despite being new hotel, the gym equipment is already in disrepair (missing components).

I had a very unpleasant and difficult check-in process. I was part of a wedding block, and for some reason they were unable to find my reservation under my name, even though I had a confirmation number and checkin email with my name.
