Restaurant in lobby has nice staff, good loaded potato soup but ice cold wings. Yuck.
As a Platinum member I would have expected more. The refrigerator in our room broke spoiling all our food. Hotel mgmt. wasn't very sympathetic and were difficult to work with. Will not stay there ever
Major lobby renovation in progress. Restaurant closed and only one elevator was available today (11/26) because of retiling the cars.
