This is actually a great hotel, and I have stayed here more than once. The rooms are nicely appointed and pretty well maintained. There are decent amenities, including a basic gym, an office area, a laundry, and a pool. Parking is on-site, and there are good, free lots nearby for when the hotel is booked solid. Service is friendly, and I give a special shout-out to Carol at the front desk. She does an amazing job. I finally checked into my hotel after a long day of delays related to my flight itinerary. Ervin greeted me, warmly. He answered all of my questions and gave me some hygiene related items I'd forgotten to pack. The next morning I was awakened by the piercing sound of a fire alarm. I tried to go back to sleep but the alarms kept going off intermittently. I was upset at having my sleep abrasively disrupted. After 10:00am the alarm was still going off for seconds at a time. I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Carrollton. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The location is convenient, and the amenities made it easy to relax after a long day. Very clean hotel, good food and drinks with a grand lobby. Great staff and close to West Georgia University. A friend of mine from out of town stayed here for Fifa. When he checked out he was gifted with this Fifa snack box. How nice was that.
