I checked in online through the app ahead of time for my 2 night stay, 2 queen beds, with my family of 4. We arrived a couple of hours after check-in time, only to discover the “system” had changed our room to a 1 King bed with sleeper sofa and now my reservation only showed 1 guest. Not sure what they are trying to pull, but there were cheaper hotels nearby if I wanted the single bed with sleeper option.
