Nate is fantastic and so is summer. They are the heart and soul of this operation. Raise, just saying. I do a lot of buisness travel and they are not the norm.
My only complaint would be no smart TV and breakfast not included; everything else was great. Nate at the front desk is awesome! Great personality, genuinely engaging, ready with recommendations, and just a cool dude! Lots of great restaurants and shopping around - and amazing hiking trails within a 30 minute drive. Will stay again if I ever find myself in Longmont again.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was clean, the staff was very clean and nice, I love the layout of the rooms. CLEAN is the overall experience and will come to this one again!
Shout out to Christa (sic) at the front desk. We live close by and had major electrical work done on our house for the day and were without power. My wife and baby were very sick and they needed a place to nap and take a steamy shower. I called up and Christa was super accommodating and got us into a room early so they could rest up. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was suitable for my wife/baby. We were only there for a few hours but it was well-worth the money!
The rooms and location were nice, but when we checked in at the desk the lady was sitting on her phone. When we left and looked at our charges they charged an additional $20 and didn’t tell us. When I called she said it was precautionary charges. I feel if I am being charged precautionary charges I should be told before I put it in my card.
