No hot water from the boiler going out. Not even cold shower because the diverter leaked so much the shower head wouldn't run. Fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress. Curtains couldn't close because the tracks were hanging off the ceiling. A/C couldn't keep the room below 75. Had to keep the window open all night just to get the room to 70. This place needs serious maintenance.
Booked a last minute trip to Boston to support a family member at a local sports tournament and wanted to stay close to the City. This was could not have been more of a perfect location. I checked in yesterday afternoon and Mostafa at the front desk was extremely kind and made the process easy. The view of the Charles River from the room was so nice!
