You need to staff your hotel better so that when college kids are on break, it’s still staffed appropriately. We had a 20+ minute wait in line and then another probably 25 min to get oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast at 8:30 this morning. 1 person working cashier and 1 in the kitchen. The woman seemed very frazzled at the bistro and definitely needed help. No one answers the front desk phone either. Not great customer service. Clean and well maintained! Prime town location, but not to close to the university. I felt safe and comfortable!

This is your standard run of the mill Courtyard. No frills. Typical routine at check in. Staff was courteous yet did not take any opportunity to stand out or enhance the customer experience as I have seen at other Marriott properties. Internet really needs to be worked on here. Very slow.

Visit at your hotel for graduation 12/12/25. Arrived at 2:30p and informed rooms not ready due to almost full night before for graduation, but minutes later, another customer walks in and waited on them by same employee who checked them in. (Now was informed rooms not ready). We were minutes later greeted by another employee who attempted to check us in but a problem noted because booking was done through third party. I’m a gold elite status Marriott member and I specially requested a high floor and Mountain View. This hotel is not booked solid. I can’t help but think being placed on the ground level with a view of the trash cans was done on purpose for whatever little man syndrome reason. Ugh. So frustrating.
