Great room and excellent service! The outdoor swimming pool was decent, and the exercise facility was well-equipped for a hotel gym. The only downside was the shower—it lacked good water pressure. The location is a big plus: the hotel is situated right next to a large mall, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very convenient for both shopping and dining out.
I just had the best experience over the phone with Maddie. she fixed an issue with our reservation and was accommodating!
Just checked in. The hotel is newer so the pace is still nice. I just don't like the location. It is surrounded by a lot of condos and apartment buildings. It kind of congested getting in and out. Too many people in the area. But there are a few shops and restaurants around here also. To each their own.
