The entrance to the hotel is nice until you need to use the sink and forbid you need to keep the water running because it will not drain. I simply tried to shave my face and the sink would overflow if i did not turn the water off. I’d expect more from a hotel i spend almost 200 a night for
I can’t say enough great things about the staff here. Everyone is very kind and they genuinely care about their customers. Check in process was seamless. If you need something, the staff is super accommodating. Tracy in particular is fantastic. She’s happy to give you a recommendation for where to go for dinner. I had an issue with my room and she went the extra mile to help and make it a very easy switch to a different room which has no issues. She’s an absolute asset to this location and they’re lucky to have her.
Good hotel overall. Clean. The walls are thin though. Heard everything next to me and above me.
Bistro ridiculously expensive. No complimentary coffee in lobby. Breakfast menu and prices a joke. I expect more for the price of the rooms. Staff was excellent. However, for a corporation that made a profit of 2.6 Billion in 2025 I felt nickled and dimed and would not go to any Marriot Courtyard again
