It’s a great location in the midst of everything. Sheron, the front desk mgr embraces the spirit of customer service. She made certain everything was great and offered a fabulous dining recommendation. Mario, the bartender is talented. Those drinks were just right.
This location sucks. As someone who stays enough to be consistently ambassador or titanium, the fact that a hotel that doesnt require key cards for their elevators are stopping my food from being delivered to my room. Ridiculous. Service here sucks
Not bad, towels are old and super used and we stayed for 4 nights asked for room service on the third day and they didn’t clean anything
They canceled our reservations after driving all the way from South Carolina driving 11 hours without a phone call or email to give our room to a “club member” instead of us. We had this reservation for months. They sent us on to find another room around a city we don’t know at 2:00 am. And they were unapologetic. Don’t do service with them.
Convenient access off I95. Close to downtown inner harbor. Friendly staff.
