Kind/accommodating staff and 4th floor rooftop garden really made this hotel stay worth it. Beyond that, rooms are well dated, only 1 elevator worked, and they were out of several breakfast options. Overall, I again emphasize every staff member we met went out of their way to make our stay great. The 4th floor garden is pet friendly, and provides great views. There are available poop bags up there if needed. Overall, I do recommend staying at this hotel.

To the incredibly kind front desk attendant on August 20th, thank you for going out of your way to let me check-in a bit early after my drive in from Philly. You have no idea how much that improved my day! I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfy, the room was roomy, the parking was easy and convenient, and the customer service was great.
If you need a place to unwind in the heart of the inner harbor stay here it's close to everything
This hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely courteous and the location was close to everything.
