I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. Staying at this hotel ruined our weekend. The entire hotel is quite outdated (elevator is clanky and the fixtures in the room are old). And despite their website claiming that they are pet friendly, their policies are not. The staff at this hotel are wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for how well they treated us. Our son lost his wallet with cash and ID. The housekeeper, Delmi, handed everything in. Thank you so much!! The general manager, Patrick, did a lot of sleuthing to track us down in Canada as our reservation was not under our son's last name. I can't believe how hard he worked to get the wallet back to us. I think both Delmi and Patrick show the true American spirit of honesty, friendliness, and hard work.
