Very disappointed. It was dirty, the TV didn't work and the receptionist wasn't very helpful.
Please don't stay at this hotel. The rooms aren't cleaned every day. The bed's are hard and uncomfortable. I'll never stay here again smh.
Terrible service, shower drain doesn’t drain so you take a shower and bath all at once…. We have stayed in the past on our way to Florida and never had issues. This year was different. Got to our room and the door lock was stuck so we couldn’t even get the door closed. Then shower drains are clogged so it takes atleast 30 mins after water is turned off to drain. The bistro has 1 person taking orders and cooking, while the check in staff just sits and watches you wait to take an order. Will not be staying anymore.
The facility is new and nice, my only issue is fighting with my door that sometimes either won't lock or won't open. Also be careful of parking on the incline in the front since you can scrape the bottom of your vehicle. Service for cleaning has been fine and the place is clean with soft beds
