Great location, the staff was the least friendly out of all the Marriott we have stayed out and we have been to over 323 Marriott all over the world...very dissapointed in the way we were treated as platinum members, the room had hair I. The bed and on the toliet, it smelled bc the ac was at 75 and it didn't cool...stay at the element I checked out at 2 am and into the element and the staff was awesome the room was amazing and it was the same building...
I made a request on my Marriott Bonvoy app, and got no response, so i called the hotel. The gentleman i spoke with was very helpful by fulfilling my request and going ahead and checking me into my room early, so when we got there, all I had to do was show my ID. I was very pleased with the room.
I enjoyed my stay there. The parking fee was a little on the high side. I know it's downtown.
