Absolutely blown away by this place. We’ve never been to Disney so we didn’t know what to expect but this hotel was outstanding on every measure and absolutely set the tone for the whole trip. Literally from the valet to the front desk to the hotel itself, everything was spectacular. We made ample use of the pool and even the laundry room and it was all fantastic. The only minor thing is stuff inside is pricey but it’s Disney so expect that anyway. All around great place.

We love staying here. Fantastic service. Clean hotel. The bunk beds are great for the kids. Very convenient for the park entrance. Recent stay was nice. If we do Disney again, we'll likely stay here.

We stayed at this hotel from 10/19-10/23, booked through a Disneyland package. We requested a waterpark facing room and wound up with a room that had 2 queen beds and a bunk bed, which was perfect for my family of 4. The room also had 2 showers, which was SO helpful when you had 4 people trying to shower before bed or before getting up and out to the parks early.
