This hotel was truly a gem. We were blown away by the customer service and resources! You know it’s a good pool / splash pad when the kids rather swim than go to Disneyland. Thanks for a great stay!

Worst experience ever. Rv was broken into right in front of their front desk personnel. Valet team was not held accountable at all and most like likely tipped off the thieves who stole our kids goods and a few vehicles. Video evidence shows the thieves but valet and reception staff didn’t do one thing. All they had to do was notify authorities and question the valet who should be a suspect. Overall worst experience at this place even with receptionist on our last night, coincidentally . Do not stay here

What an excellent place to stay! We arrived to the hotel significantly before our check in time and were going to leave our bags. We were pleasantly surprised that a room was available for us. The staff have been amazing. The pool and water park are great. Plus you can't beat how close it is to Disneyland!

We just left after a quick 3 day stay. We went with our entire family of 15. We took our two grandchildren who are turning 5 and they stayed with us. The rest of the family stayed at the Fairfield next door. We chose this hotel for the water park and bunk beds and paid more than next door. Next time I’ll go to the other cheaper option. The water park was taped off and closed for 2 of our 3 days. Ended up swimming next door with everyone else. If you can’t use the splash pad or want slides then the “pool” is terrible.
