Room was clean. Elevators stunk and slow. The Bistro wasnt stocked very well. Lady checking us in great in evening. You have to hunt for someone in a.m.
I stayed at the Springhill Suites at OKC OK Airport location on Oct. 10, 2025 and had a very pleasant time. The room was very nice and clean, the pool was warm as was the room and it had plenty of clean towels available when you enter the pool room. The breakfast was very nice and had a variety of hot breakfast items as well as fresh fruit and cereals and breads. The check out attendant named, Ms. JESSICA SULEIMAN was so kind and helpful! Stayed here for a night as my flight got diverted. The evening staff were really nice, from the shuttle driver to the front desk lady. The early morning staff left more to be desired. I had a flight to catch but the front desk lady kept talking to the shuttle driver, delaying our departure time. The evening shuttle driver offered to drive me to wherever I wanted for dinner, which was really nice of them to do so. Room amenities are great and as expected of Marriott Courtyards.
This is the kind of Courtyard that made me look at my next 3 courtyards to make sure they are not run down like this one This place looks like it never recovered from 2020 and is just plain old run down I should have read the reviews and not book at BONVOY Elite is not a word that should be used casually
