Idk where the high reviews came from. All of a sudden had bug bites all over, pool wasn’t heated as told by front office, crusty rag left in bathroom, shower water was scalding or a bit less than scalding, the doors close VERY hard and the bathroom door will push you in. Why??? These are simple fixes. Downstairs service was good, only giving 2 stars because the place isn’t disgusting.
Service is amazing! Wish they had a jacuzzi.
The hotel features a modern lobby and well appointed rooms. I traveled for a military event and Marcos treated my team so well. He went out of his way to make our stay an amazing experience and we would highly recommend this place for the service alone. Thank you so much Marcos!
