We stayed at this property on 6/12/2026 and experienced a serious cleanliness issue in our room involving urine on the bedding/sleeping area. We unknowingly slept in these conditions before discovering the issue, which made the stay extremely distressing and unacceptable. When we reported the problem, Manager Italia Eteuati, responded in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. Sink and tub were clogged and did not drain well. Asked for housekeeping 3 times during our 4 day stay and finally, after not being polite about it anymore, someone emptied our trash, made up the beds, provided the free room coffee, gave clean towels. Did not clean bathroom at all. Also, the small (nice) bar didn't open until 5 and on Sunday closed. We were on vacation and would have enjoyed a beverage before 5. Pool is not heated. It's freezing. For our quick Disneyland/DCA weekend everything was great! close to park (15min-20mim drive), close to dining options, free parking, rooms were clean. I'm usually grossed out in hotels but nothing I saw was in bad shape, no weird stains or dirty carpets. The sofa bed was great for my friend. They provided everything she needed. Didn't take a look at pool but do wish they had a hot tub. That would have been really nice and would make it extra special. Every staff member we encountered was courteous.
