My company booked 6 rooms for 12 nights each. Normally Marriott properties allow the person staying in the rooms use their Bonvoy number to get the points for each room. Even if someone else paid. My company spent over $7000 and they would not let us collect the points even though our names where on the reservation. Our company uses Marriott all the time and we have never had this problem with a particular hotel giving us our points. I myself have over 100 nights with them this year. This experience at the hotel was most disappointing. The internet service was non-operational, and the front desk personnel exhibited discourteous conduct. Despite payment for breakfast, it consisted solely of a single egg and coffee from a printed menu that staff could not locate. Is this the standard of service expected for the $200 fee? Old smell
Had a reunion softball drunken fest here. We were good boys and girls mixed in with some Ammo debauchery but the employees were amazing hosts and really let us just be us . Till next year, can I make my reservation now ??
