Worst customer service by General manager Leslie. Refused to refund an additional big hr that was not needed nor was communicated by her staff was even going to be charged. She wouldn’t take accountability for her staffs failure. And, refused to credit back a night that wasn’t even used or occupied. Room service was never seen in two nights of the stay. Beware of this place and their lack of followed by their unjust charges.
It’s was meh. It was priced on the higher end, the bathroom was not cleaned very well, we didn’t have any hand soap, the shower was really dirty, long dark hair all over the place, and we saw 2 cockroaches during our stay :(. The Bristo is very overpriced for what you were getting. This felt like a budget stay with a higher price tag:/. The front safe was very friendly. The sheets were clean.
Room was smaller than other Courtyards. Refrigerator was broken. Overall, we find Courtyards to be an excellent value.
This hotel was OK. We stayed here one night. Our room’s floor actually dipped down on one side. The bathroom had caulking that looked like a kid smothered it on. We were surprised that a stay there doesn’t come with free breakfast.
