No complaints. It was clean and the front desk person was very helpful
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott Bonvoy property. From the start, the shower in our first room didn’t drain and filled up while we were using it. The room was dirty, and to make things worse, we saw cockroaches. On top of that, housekeeping never came — no fresh towels, no clean sheets, no room service of any kind. We complained and were moved to another room, but it was just as bad.
