We checked in at 4:00 and were told they had premium customers that requested late check outs so our room wasn't ready. Finally got our room at 5:45. Room was clean and met our expectations but late check in for us and many others was unacceptable. The staff seemed to be struggling with the number of late check outs versus check in? Is this:@ Marriott issue or local hotel issue? Either way it's an issue with checking in at the latest time tmmhe available. So who loses out here? The next night paying customer!!!!
