My bedroom AC air is still not functioning properly the room is very hot 🥵 that we have to use small fans at night

I wish I can leave a no star, no one visited me to fix my issue with my AC. I put in my claim that I had my AC on all night at 74 and it stayed on 77. Please fix my AC before it get to hot!
