It's cheap for a reason 1. Roach problem, starting day 1 you will see them 2. Not uncommon for things to be broken. Half the washers and dryers in the laundry room won't work half the time. Fridge went out twice within a month 3. Lack of hot water. Water will be hot for maybe 10 minutes if you're lucky. Get used to cold showers
2 months w/broken dishwasher They say they will fix it but they replaced it with a filthy broken one that they didn't even put all the way in the hole. First time I opened it screws fell out. Then there was this stench and I saw old dishwashing liquid poured and crusted down the panel. It has been two months. I have had multiple issues since moving in here. When I leave, I will have much .ore to say

My Courtyard Apartments at Cordova Saved My Life !!! I was the victim of multiple beatings and violent crimes when I first moved to Pensacola, FL from the suburbs of Chicago. I did not know there was a so-called Good-Side and Really Bad side of Pensacola. I rented and moved into a house in what proved to be the BAD side.
