I recently moved from the Depot apartments in Zimmerman to the Courtyard apartments in Zimmerman. What a difference! Courtyard is awesome. Very clean and has professional staff that respond immediately to any questions or problems. I can’t recommend them more highly! I love it here. ♥️
The apartments where you have to be out of the parking lot by 9am or be towed at 9:01 when it snows for a sub par plow job and walk ways to not be shoveled so you can get to your cars.
Awesome place to live...DW Jones Managment is awful though and hopefully the owners of these apartments will go with a different management company soon.
A great place to live. Clean and quiet.
