If I could rate 0 stars I would. Landlord special guarantee here. On top of not getting deductions that were promised, nothing at all was fixed within the time I stayed before I ultimately decided to leave because it wasn't even LIVEABLE. Door seals were completely gone and never fixed over the course of two months even though the office was notified MULTIPLE times. The Air Conditioning was so old loud and rickety and I was told it's SUPPOSED to be that loud. This is a terrible property filled with people that couldn't care ... read more

The Worst Living Experience – Believe the Reviews Biggest mistake of my life was moving here. I should’ve listened to the other reviews — they’re not wrong. This place is falling apart but management still charges as if it’s high-end housing. Apartments are patched together with the cheapest materials. Expect constant repairs or replacements. My unit had a broken exhaust fan, mismatched or broken door handles, missing blinds, noisy floors, and even a slanted toilet. The gates never work in this so-called “gated community.” T... read more
