I lived in Pampa for 4 mths with my 5 yr old daughter & husband only for his time working there. We struck gold at the Courtyard vs a hotel room as we had utilities included, separate rooms, didn't HAVE to eat out & above all for my daughter's time there it was invaluable to step out into a wonderfully landscaped area that included a 2 person 'seat-swing', fountains & a fish pond. I visited all the apartments in Pampa and found some very poor choices except this place. The overall presence of these apartments are a relief to sore eyes considering the previous places. The manager is very nice and courteous and I found the inside of the apartments to be very clean & up to date. I've lived at courtyard for almost 1 yr with no issues and all of my maintanence requests were made very abruptly. I would recommend Courtyard Apartments to any of my family and friends!
