Have lived here since 2020, Dawn and her team are responsive and helpful with anything that we need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We have been living here 3 years now. We absolutely love it here! Quiet, quaint, in the heart of charlotte, bus stop right here, and walking distance to cvs, 7eleven, short drive or bike to cotswold, walmart on 74, aldi's at MoRa point, wendover rd(home depot, food lion, chickfila, mcds, kfc, petsuites, extra space storage), Oakhurst shopping center(jersey mikes, swirl, common market, etc). All around great location and great home!
Nice and quiet place to live . It’s better than my last place I stayed at.
Up until about 2010/11, this property was an absolute jewel. It was kept in pristine condition in and out. Not even a broken window blind was allowed. Each year you stayed, was an earned free perk. Either, an interior paint touch up or entire carpet cleaned. Every year the owners toured the property, to ensure all was up to the highest standards.
