Our apartment was renovated as well, nothing like new carpet :) maintenance is quick to respond and do their work in a timely manner; satisfied so farÂ
AWFUL ROOF LEAKED FOR 4 MONTHS BEFORE IT WAS FIXED DOWNSTAIRS LEAKS THE RUDEST STAFF AND NEIGHBORS EVER JUST AN OVERALL AWFUL EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMENDÂ
Great place to live! Washington ave is prime location for a diverse night life.Â
Just moved in but the inside looks great. Grounds are looking good too. Outside of the buildings are a little rough looking but the staff makes up for thatÂ
The maintenance staff here has good customer service skills, is friendly and hardworking. A big plus. Respectful neighbors as well.Â
Great updates, friendly staff. Now if only we could get rid of the annoying children screaming at the top of their lungs all day and night.Â
