The people I met was awesome I'm very friendly and helpful. Inside apartments are updated . They are very impressive.
They deny documented emotional support animals. Under federal law an emotional support animal can only be denied for 4 reasons... 1)dangerous to others... must show a history or insurance will not cover the breed 2) allergies within the unit 3) physically unreasonable... no horses in an appartment and 4) out of date documentation... they cannot limit the number of animals if tour dr deams them as something you need
Management is good here, but the majority of the tenants who live here are the snootiest people (women mostly), and for no reason. They have made up lies about me in an attempt to get me to move, the on-site manager completely ignores me, even though it goes against his duties as an on-site manager the rent is actually pretty high for the area apt maintenance and condition of the apartments…
