I've rented with roommates a couple of times in the past, but this is thr first time I've been able to secure a place of my very own. Horrible pest and mold problem. Overpriced, musty shanty huts
I don't live here, I live in the neighboring community. While there have been many positives since the current owners have taken over, I have difficulty visiting friends that live here as I use a walker and there are no ramps, handrails etc at common area entrances.
