Horrible pest and mold problem. Overpriced, musty shanty huts
I don't live here, I live in the neighboring community. While there have been many positives since the current owners have taken over, I have difficulty visiting friends that live here as I use a walker and there are no ramps, handrails etc at common area entrances.
There are a few things I look for in a home, somewhere quiet and peaceful, somewhere I feel safe, good management that can work with me and will be there if anything goes wrong and that's one phone call away, and management that's not over-bearing and overly strict. This place fits that, I can't stress how peaceful it is here and I've never felt I was unsafe. I've been here over a year and I really like it here.
