Constant plumbing problems in my apartment. My toilet wouldn't stop running after a month of living there. They had to come in three times to fix it, and maintenance did not come promptly. The assistant manager told me I should fix the toilet myself as well in regards to the running. A pipe leaked into the bedroom floor and when they fixed it, they left an industrial fan running, carpet padding in my bathtub, used my BATH towels to clean up their messes and left them on the floor, and turned on the AC to 69 degrees.
