DO NOT move here. This is simply the worst most disgusting apartment complex I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve put requests through to and sent emails to management that were never responded to which btw they have a crazy turnover rate with. I paid late ONE time during the whole three years I lived here and they refused to waive the $200 late fee. They were up charging by around $100 every year with absolutely no upgrades or fixes to the apartment. They have a SERIOUS roach and mice problem that they never fixed. When I... read more
Worst management. Simply loot tenants.you will never get back your security deposit. Management doesnt respond to your emails or calls after you vacate. No proper communication. Building Has lot of issues such as water leaking, rats , heating issue.
This is everything I would want to know if I was thinking of moving here - the walls are thick, and you will not hear your neighbors. Occasionally, you can hear them through the vent, but nothing major. They don't/didn't allow dogs, but apparently now they do, or only "emotional support" animals which is nonsensical. I wanted to stay here because there were no dogs, and now there are. I’ve been at Courtside apartments for a few months now and I’m really happy I chose this over my other options. I’m originally from New York City and I wanted to locate something that seemed somewhat "close to home" feel for me. They are cat friendly, which was a deal breaker for me otherwise, (amazingggg) and are conveniently located near local shops and restaurants. It's safe to say that I'd recommend it and that I feel extremely at home! Very happy with my decision xx
