Paula and Chuck are very understanding, patient, and kind. When something needs to be fixed, maintenance does not hesitate to get it handled right away.
I haven’t lived at Courtside long but I dealt with a woman Paula since the beginning of me seeing this place and she’s been nothing but helpful. I love living here already because it’s very private. I like how quiet it is and people seem respectful especially the maintenance man! Would absolutely recommend!
Paula was amazing. She stepped in on very short notice and answered all my questions thoroughly. She showed me two units and was incredibly helpful on a Friday afternoon
