moved in December's 2025. Property grounds eye catching . Apartment building completely different story . I regret moving here. I smell different food coming through my vents inside apartment. I hear voices in vents. The apartment building is not clean. Experiencing water issues often and I just moved here less than 30 days. STAY FAR AWAY .THEY REEL YOU IN UNDER THE SPECIAL FIRST MONTH FREE.

I was abroad/traveling and did not see the apartment before moving in. It was a BIG mistake. I regret that I choose to live here. The only things I liked were large balconies and free parking. I disliked everything else, in fact, I hated most of them: - Old school ventilation. You are getting all the cooking smell from the apartments below in your unit. Living at this dump for 8 months. Where do I start . Poor management, they enter and search your home whenever they want. Rats and pest are a major problem here. Water shut offs twice a week . Leaking pipes with mold. Basement reeks of dog poo. Drug deals and criminal activity going on in the fire escape.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. The rent was outrageous for my super tiney apartment. Literally the size of a postage stamp. Every fixture is in super shoddy condition, constant water issues, gas leaking from my oven, latex paint peeling off the tiles in the shower because it was cheaper than replacing them, constant noise within the building and the stench is incredible. The trash bins are in a bad and unsafe spot and were always overflowing. The management was a complete and total nightmare. They came and went ... read more
