CARMEN is fantastic! Got an early morning meeting and need a jolt of energy? Carmen’s electric smile and genuine kindness will do the trick. While staying at the Westin, we went down for breakfast. Our plates arrived, but mine was missing a key ingredient. Carmen apologized and said they were out of it. Disappointed (because that was the reason I wanted to try it) but Carmen came to the rescue! She brings out the little bit that was left in the jar which was just enough for one biscuit. You just can’t ask for better service ... read more
My wife and I grabbed a late lunch on Apr 4, '26. Both the BLTA and chicken fingers were outstanding. Our hostes/server was outstanding 3:56 pm. Will be back next time in town! Thanks.
We were standing in line (me and 3 other guest in my party, nobody never said anything to us. Then one lady came to us and stated they are on a 10min break. When people are in line to be seated, is that appropriate and/or professional to say?? Not cool!!
Came to Courtside Grill before the concert and it was very disappointing. First there was no one at the hostess station and after waiting 20 minutes a person came over and said they were taking a 10min break seating people. There were 6 empty tables that sat 4 to 8 people. We arrived at 6:15 and stood and someone finally said something at 6:45! This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Being this close to the FedEx Forum it would seem that they would be prepared for crowds when there is an event across the street.
