I lived at this property from August 2009 - 2012. It's a shame I had one particular issue so serious it really overshadows the good here. That issue was - the termites. I dealt with termites every year I was here, but spring of 2012 was by far the worst. The termites swarmed TWICE in my apartment that spring (thousands of termites in my apartment) and termites coming out of the dry wall. A nice, quiet community. My husband and I lived at Courts of Valle Vista for two years and loved it. Our apartment was large and the grounds were well kept. The rent was a bit high, but in this area that is par for the course.
