I stayed here for 2–3 days. The location is definitely convenient — lots of shopping plazas nearby with everything you might need, from grocery stores to banks and more. You won’t have to drive far for daily needs. The area feels relatively safe, which is a big plus. The buildings themselves aren’t very fresh or new, but they’re functional. Overall, a decent spot for a short stay. I’d give it 3 out of 5 based on comfort and surroundings.
The door bell doesn’t work and when you ask the management about it they don’t have an answer for you.
Leasing office has poor customer service and attitude problem
Wow first impression of this place was so disappointing. Called for information and the person who answered was beyond rude and uneducated. Nice location and prices are a little lower than nearby areas. But doesn’t seem worth the headache of the very poor customer service. Hopefully I just had picked a bad time to call.
We spent the last year or so in our apartment and have had the best experience staying there! We couldn’t have asked for better communication, customer service, and maintenance. Any time we had issues, we were met with fast response times and immediate service. They were so flexible and accommodated our circumstances very well!
