Let me first says I’ve been here for eight years it wasn’t intentional but life happens. I have seen ok, not good , and unprofessional staff here. Before COWM was sold. The community is quite, buildings are clean, maintenance is dependable when called upon. My apartment is large and the RENT is affordable especially in comparison what’s around .
