You claim that, "after speaking with my staff and searching the customer database I can find no record of you or this service and as such feel that this may be a FALSE AND PREDATORY REVIEW FROM A COMPETITOR." They had quick service for an oil change in short notice so that was good. Iasked them specifically to secure my splash guards as there were some missing clips and screws. Turns out they left my splash guard in worse shape than before and it ended up coming apart on the freeway. 65.00 later I ended up having to replace it. I won't be back.
