he is a slum Lord I'm in the hospital dying he told me I could pay watever I could every week I've been doing my best with the situation at hand and he won't take anymore money from me he could care less that I have 3 babies under 3 and in the hospital with drug dealers and nasty trashy people living next door do not waste ur time or money on this man
this was the worst experience i've ever had. bed bugs, roaches, mice and he just lets whoever in these places. i was getting so many alerts since he let megans law offenders in the apartment bldg 2 doors down from me. Please save yourself the hassle and run like hell!
You are a slumlord. Fix your apartments! The condition of the housing in Sebring alone is sickening! I know you have been sued before and you will be sued again. Your buildings have mold, water leaks, holes in walls, broken driveways, damaged wiring, not to mention the drug dealings. I recommend you look elsewhere and find a real estate agent with integrity.
