Their customer service is a joke and they make all these promises and follow thru with none of them. I'm a month and a half out of the one year warranty and the best they could do was half price, yet they claim to sell reliable products but will not stand behind these products by doing the work on their dime. If your product is so good and the promises of having no issues for many years to come is not good enough we will charge you when the product fails right as the warranty… See more
They’re thorough and expertise service. We’ve been customers since 1993. Randy H was our service technician and was friendly and very informative in explaining what was wrong with our furnace. The part fortunately was in stock and they were back within 24 hours to replace the part just in time before our first freeze. I would highly recommend Courtney’s for your heating and cooling needs for their reliability, prompt, and excellent service
Courtney's is very professional and timely. I have used them for my HVAC systems since 2013. Kyle performed my annual maintenance today. He was very thorough and explained everything needed clearly.

Everone who has done a/c services like tune ups/ cleaning, and replacement to furnace cleaning & replacement has always been timely, professional, considerate, informative, polite, and very tidy. Nick did the summer tune up & cleaning this year and he provided the same wonderful service I have come to appreciate and expect from the Courtney's crew!
