I have had good experiences with Courtney heating and cooling in the past but NOT now! They never showed up for my scheduled appointment on May 18th. EvenTually I called them at 2:00 in the afternoon asking about why they had not shown up for my appointment, and they informed me that since it was raining the servicemen were not working.
