My patient experience with Dr. Yau has been outstanding. She is very approachable, kind and thorough. I never feel rushed and she takes time to talk. I see quite a few Drs and she is one of the best.
Nothing compares to the experience with Texas Oncology. From the blood draw appointments to the visit with the Dr...........smooth as molassas. Dr. Yau is just the best. Her bedside manner makes you feel at ease and she is genuinly concerned with her follow-ups. My questions have always been answered in a truthful manner and I would recommend the office as wel as Dr. Yau to anyone for oncology.
I relocated here from Indiana/linois in 2016 and a cancer warrior, I needed to find an Oncologist and I found Dr. Yay. She listens to my concern as a survivor of breast cancer, 37 years, soft palate, 13 years and two squamous cell carcinoma, 2018 and 2019. I have the brac gene.
I have always been treated very well and promptly by Dr. Yau, and all the staff and team members of this facility.
