Chronically late. FIRE THE STAFF THEY ARE UNFIT Avg wait time 45 - minutes - 1 hr Dr.Smith is an Amazing Pediatrician and has been our doctor for a number of years, answering all of my wife’s questions and while we often try and get the earliest appointment available. We find ourselves being called back to our room at the appointment time we set only to find ourselves waiting on avg of 45 minutes to have our children seen. My kids love Dr Smith. We’ve been seeing Dr Smith for about 6 yrs now. From check in to check out we always have a good experience.
Dr. Smith is kind and extremely thorough! She listens to all of my concerns regarding my children and refers to specialists when necessary. She personally follows up with a phone call if one of my girls has a more serious illness or health issue. I have found that calls from doctors are rare these days. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone searching for a kind, thorough, and knowledgeable pediatrician!
