The only pediatrician that listened to my concerns & got something done quick! Love Dr. Rose & staff!!! I’m always able to get my daughter in whenever she needs to be seen, we live out of town & still drive to see her.
My children’s previous pediatric dr left so we tried out Dr Rose for their annual wellness appointment. Appointment went smoothly, she asked towards the end of the visit if I had any concerns so I mentioned one, she gave her opinion, and we went on our way. Then we got a bill for $200 because it’s no longer classified as a wellness visit but a sick visit. Doctor herself is great I have never had a problem with her. Her staff on the other hand seem to be very incompetent when it comes to working with you. I was even told if I couldn't wait 3 weeks for a signed vaccine record to go ahead and see another pediatrician. Staff member Vanessa even cancelled an appointment made online because they only take sick visits after a certain time of day making it difficult to get an appointment for anything else.
