I had to find a new gynecologist after my longtime doctor retired, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Ramsey-Johnson. She is absolutely wonderful – very calming, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional gynecologist.
People of color: If you have Medicaid, they will purposely discriminate you and not offer you services depending on your name and how 'white' it looks. I was told that I would be able to speak to supervisor regarding my insurance and they left me on hold for 15 minutes, I found services elsewhere, where it was more compassionate and non-discriminating. I’m so glad I found Dr. Courtney Ramsey! My previous doctor retired, and I hadn’t found anyone I felt comfortable with until now. Dr. Ramsey is incredibly nice and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which made me feel cared for and confident in her expertise. The office staff was also kind and welcoming. While the wait time was a bit long, the overall experience was definitely worth it. Highly recommend Dr. Ramsey for her professionalism and patient-focused approach.
