I had StateFarm for 20 years - always through Mark Cannon's office in Lakeland, FL. Best service ever - as soon as he retired and the same location fell into the hands of Courtney Paat and her people, I ended up losing my policy, due to constant paperwork mistakes by her office staff - had my license officially suspended by the State of Florida twice, because of those same mistakes. Best of luck to anyone who uses her office. Stick with State Farm, but find an alternate location!!
Great experience. Was painless process from setting appointment (and when I had to reschedule due to my work hours) to meeting with super cool rep in their plant city office. Even offered me a drink when I showed up early. Only complaint is that they don't offer a State Farm sticker or a flag I can put on my car.
This location has been a pain since your Lakeland office closed. Had I know staying with you and handling my business thru your plant city office was going to be this hard I would have transferred my agent. I will be transferring once your office once again has to correct a mistake that cost me money.
