Taylor was absolutely amazing throughout every step of this journey!!! I initially felt skeptical because of my lack of knowledge in the home buying process , but with the help of my realtor, I confidently received everything I desired in a home!! Thank you!! 🫶
As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Courtney with Collective Realty Co. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Courtney made the entire process easy to understand from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, always took the time to explain every step, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the journey. Collective Realty in Houston/Dallas is an amazing real estate agency! The owner, Courtney, has such a welcoming personality and her team of support staff and agents are phenomenal. If you are looking to purchase in the greater Houston or DFW areas, look them up first to receive top notch service.
It was a great experience working with Collective Dallas A referral came to our team. We reached out to 3 agents and Collective responded first and thoroughly. They walked the client through step by step and leaned on our company for the mortgage knowledge even though they had the knowledge themselves. The client was excited to buy a home with the Collective. S/o to Leah and Courtney for a great experience.
Worked with Melissa P. she was such an amazing realtor to work with! She negotiated with the sellers realtor and we were so extremely happy with the process! She always answered my text messages and calls she explained everything and got me to the closing table! Thank you for everything Melissa!!!!
