We had a great experience working with Courtney to sell our home in Colorado. From the beginning, Courtney was professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and extremely responsive. What stood out most was that she got results. Our home had previously been on the market with other realtors without success. Courtney approached the sale differently, paid attention to the details, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got our house sold quickly. Courtney has been such a blessing for both me and my husband. We had tried two other realtors to sell our house near Morrison with no luck. Courtney is a fantastic realtor and an overall wonderful person to work with and be around. She is optimistic, hardworking, and knows the real estate market very well. She helped us buy our first home in Castle Rock and I have referred her to many friends throughout the years. Her dedication to her clients is very impressive and she is such a lovely person in general. I highly recommend her!
