Courtney is superb to work with - she's adept at managing difficult personalities, able to translate desires into actionable items, and excellent at negotiating fair and reasonable outcomes. My house was on the market for 48 hours, received a couple of offers and a contract, selling for a higher dollar amt per square foot than any residence in the area had sold for the past two years. I wasn't in town at the time, so Courtney tidied and staged my place, without much ado. She's a hard worker who went above-and-beyond. And, she is available to chat whenever I reached out. Angela and Courtney also arrange sequential repairs without my having to worry about a thing, kept me notified, respected my time, and easily met all detail-oriented requests that I had. They take care of all logistics efficiently. Additionally, Courtney offered sound and expert advice each step of the way. This was a worry-free and quick sale. Without a doubt, I'd trust Courtney to manage and sell any future home. It's fair to anticipate a decent return too.

Courtney has been a lifesaver walking us through an extremely difficult building process. She has been there for us while we looked for a new home, then getting to contract and 9 months later she has remains available to talk and has continued to advocate for us at every turn. She has been the one bright light in a nightmarish process.

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Courtney and her team. We couldn’t have been more blessed to have her as our realtor! She is caring, attentive, best communicator, listener and encourager. She is tenacious and diligent and is on top everything and everyone through the whole process. We couldn’t have done this without her and her hard working team!
I’m positive there is no one that knows the Hampton roads/Williamsburg area better!

Courtney & Angela were super to work with!! It took us several years of planning our move from NY, and Courtney was helpful with any questions we had & stayed in touch with us. When we got here she was always easy to reach and responded to our inquiries quickly. When we found the home we wanted, Courtney was so knowledgeable and helped us tremendously! We highly recommend her team!
